you have to respond to the call for entries in the form of a Facebook/Instagram post (comment) and then cast a valid vote on the page.

In the case of the game, the prize(s) described in the Facebook/Instagram post will be drawn by the organiser from all valid votes received who meet the entry requirements by the deadline. In the event that the drawn winner withdraws his/her prize or does not provide written confirmation of his/her intentions to the organiser within 2 days, another player will be drawn and the prize will be transferred.

Conditions of participation: the Game is open to the Player who:

• By the indicated deadline you have left only 1 comment either as a comment or on the Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/donnamammapizza OR on Instagram (@donnamammapizzanapoletana) in the comment/comment section below the post announcing the competition,
• You are casting a valid vote on the landing page provided, i.e. you are finalising your answer by entering your email address,
• a prerequisite for submitting an entry is that the Player accepts the Game Rules and the Data Processing Terms and Conditions,
• have a live Facebok / Instagram registration (account) on the day the Game ends.

Each Player may only comment once in the Game. However, if a user votes with more than one e-mail address on a given landing page, all votes cast are valid.

In each case, the prize is a pair of pizzas for a total of 1 winner, two pieces of Neapolitan pizza of the winner’s choice from the menu of Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana for the duration of the game. The winners (5 users in total) will be drawn by the Organiser. Each Winner is entitled to only 1 prize. The Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address they have provided, no later than 5 working days after the selection of the Winner(s).

Information on how to collect the prize will be provided to the Winner(s) in the information message. If further information is required from the Winner(s) in order to collect the prize, please also include any questions in this contact form. If no response is received from the Winner(s) within 72 hours of the contact, the Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize.

General Provisions

If for any reason the Winner does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in the Rules of the Game, the Promoter may disqualify the Winner concerned from the Game. By submitting his/her e-mail address, the Player acknowledges that he/she has fully read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation set out in these Rules. If the Player does not accept or objects to any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Participation, the Player shall be disqualified from the Game.

The Rules of the Game, including the Terms and Conditions of Participation, will be published by the Promoter on the Application Page of the Game. The Promoter shall ensure that the Rules are available as set out above on a permanent basis.

The votes of the Players shall be valid within the submission period announced in the Facebook / Instagram post or on the landing page. Votes cast after the indicated deadline will be invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude anyone from the game without giving any reason in the event of manipulation, irregular play, abuse or suspicion thereof.

Unless otherwise stated by the Promoter in the Facebook/Instagram post, the prize(s) will be provided by the Promoter and any taxes, duties, fees and expenses associated with the delivery of the prize(s) will be paid by the Promoter.

Players acknowledge that participation in the Game is voluntary.

The Winner(s) agrees that the Promoter will publish their name(s), the fact of winning and the prize(s) in a Facebook / Instagram post solely in connection with the Game, in accordance with the relevant privacy policy and regulations.

The Promoter disclaims any liability for any damages resulting from incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Players or suffered by the Players or any third party.

Excluded persons

The Game is organised by PizzaBurger Gastronomy Ltd. Employees, agents and subcontractors of the Organiser, as well as their close relatives, life partners and those who play a direct role in the realisation of the marketing objectives of the Game, and their close relatives within the meaning of the Civil Code, are not eligible to participate in the Game. 685 § 685 b).

We reserve the right to amend the Game Rules.

Data protection, privacy statement

The Organiser undertakes to ensure that all data handling in relation to its activities complies with the requirements set out in these Rules and in the applicable national legislation and European Union acts.

The Organiser shall treat the personal data provided by the Player confidentially, in full compliance with the applicable EU and Hungarian legislation and recommendations, and shall respect the Player’s personal rights at all times. The Operator shall perform data management tasks in connection with the Game, while the Operator shall perform data processing tasks in the course of data management.

The Organiser shall take all possible measures to ensure the security of personal data; it shall treat the data it becomes aware of in the course of processing with the utmost care and in strict confidence, protecting them in all ways permitted by the applicable legislation against various risks, in particular: unauthorised access, alteration, transmission, disclosure

This privacy statement is in compliance with the applicable legislation on data protection, in particular with regard to the following:

Ø Act CXII of 2011 – on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.);

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, amending Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and amending Directive 95/46/EC on the free movement of such data.

Participation and provision of data in the Game is voluntary. Any personal data provided during the Game will be processed and processed by the Organiser on the basis of the authorisation given to the Players by providing their e-mail address, for the purpose of delivering the prize to the winner of the Game.

Please note that your personal data may only be lawfully processed if you consent to this. If you do not wish to provide or consent to the processing of your personal data, you may refuse to provide or consent by not participating in the Game or by not providing or entering your data into the system.

The Organiser informs the Players that the data processing is based on the consent of the Player (Article 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011). The provision of data is voluntary, however, participation in the Game requires the provision of the data specified in these Rules.

The Promoter requires the personal data set out below, which is provided voluntarily by you as a participant in the Game.

The Organiser will process the data for the purposes of running the Game, registering the delivery of the prizes and publishing the names of the winners.

The Organiser processes the following data:

By participating in the Game, the Player simultaneously accepts the terms and conditions set out in this information.

With regard to the foregoing, the User accepts and expressly declares that he/she consents to the Operator processing the personal data provided and to the processing of his/her personal data.

The legal basis for the processing (in addition to the above-mentioned section of the Infotv. Article 6(1)(b).

The Player may modify or request the deletion of the data provided at any time.

Players consent to the Organiser verifying the authenticity of the personal data provided by them, if necessary on the basis of an identity card, prior to the delivery of the prize.

By providing their e-mail address, the Player(s) accept in all respects all the provisions of the Game Rules, and the Promoter guarantees that the data will be processed in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

The Organiser will process the data provided by the Player(s) during the Game until the end of the 2nd calendar month following the receipt of the Prize(s).

The Player may request to be informed of the processing of his/her data, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, the names and addresses of any data processors and their activities in relation to the processing; and may request the rectification of his/her data and the deletion or blocking of his/her personal data. The Organiser will provide the information as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days. If the Player considers the processing of data to be prejudicial, he/she may object to the processing of such data, as well as initiate a judicial remedy and contact the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The Player undertakes to provide only his/her own data when filling in the form and to ensure that such data is accurate. The Player is responsible for the accuracy of the data. If the Player enters false data or provides data of another person, he/she shall be liable in accordance with the applicable and civil, criminal and criminal offence rules.

The organiser reserves the right to unilaterally amend these rules.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Game Rules and the Data Protection provisions shall be governed by Hungarian law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.
