The Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana operated by PizzaBurger Gastronomy Ltd. (registered office: 1088 Budapest, Rákóczi út 11, 3rd floor 2, Tax number: 26613884-2-42), hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, organizes a Loyalty Program and a related Pizza Pass promotion as follows:

1. Who and how to request a Pizza Pass:

All natural persons over the age of 18 are eligible to apply for a Pizza Pass as follows:

1. The Registrant can access the user system by registering at https://www.donnamamma.hu/pizza-berlet. 24 hours after the automatic confirmation e-mail has been sent, you can collect your points-collecting Pizza Pass in person from our colleagues at Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana restaurant (1088 Budapest,Rákóczi út 1-3.), by presenting the confirmation e-mail.
2. The application for a Pizza Pass is valid if the Applicant has accepted this Policy and the Loyalty Card’s Privacy and Data Protection Policy and consents to the processing of his/her personal data.
3. The use of the Pizza Pass does not apply to sole traders, legal entities. One point card can be issued to one person, no more than one card can be issued to the same person.

1. Collecting points on a Pizza Pass:

1. With the Pizza Pass, points will be recorded and credited to the card in the form of a stamp for each pizza purchase made in person at Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana.
2. Stamps are collected only for purchases made in the restaurant, not for online ordering and delivery.
3. Seals will be recorded after purchase and can be used for 180 days from the date of first crediting, after which they will be cancelled once the Pizza Pass has been registered.
4. The Pizza Pass is non-transferable.
5. Only the stamps of Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana can be used as valid points, we cannot accept cards with any other markings.

III. Use of points/seals:

1. The points/seals credited to the Pizza Pass can be used by the Cardholder for offline purchases, provided that the Cardholder has collected all 10 seals after the purchase.
2. The current points balance can be tracked on the physical card by the Pizza Pass holder.
3. In order to validate the redemption, the cardholder must indicate to our colleagues at the cash desk his/her promotional intention, i.e. to receive the gift pizza. The list of gift products that can be claimed is selected from the entire range of Neapolitan pizzas on the current menu and entitles the cardholder to redeem only one gift product. The Pizza Pass cannot be redeemed for any other product in the Donna Mamma range. If the total number of stamps that can be collected on the card, i.e. 10 stamps, is presented, the Cardholder is entitled to receive the free pizza immediately. If the card is collected, the Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana staff will collect the Pizza Pass and destroy it, thus terminating the points accumulation system for the Cardholder.

1. Blocking the Pizza Pass:

1. Each registered Cardholder is entitled to claim and receive only 1 Pizza Pass. In this regard, it is the responsibility of the Loyalty Cardholder to properly protect the Loyalty Card in the event of unauthorized use and misuse.
2. The Promoter is not liable for the loss of the Pizza Pass or unauthorised use of the points. For the use of the loyalty points on the Pizza Pass, only the physical Pizza Pass validation is sufficient, but if justified, our colleagues may ask the Cardholder for a separate personal identification based on his/her previously validated registration.
3. The Organiser excludes any liability for any damage caused by loss of data due to inadequate data security of the Pizza Pass holder, as well as in the event that the use of your Pizza Pass is disclosed to unauthorised third parties. The Cardholder is solely responsible for the proper storage and protection of the Pizza Pass.

1. Final provisions

1. The current version of these Rules is available at  https://www.donnamamma.hu/pizza-berlet/ on the website. The Organiser will also provide information on these Rules and its interpretation in the form of electronic mail. Questions in this regard may be sent by e-mail to info@donnamamma.hu.
2. The invalidity of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity of these Rules. The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally change these Rules. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations and to withdraw the Pizza Pass, without being obliged to give reasons for doing so.
3. The Organiser will inform the Pizza Pass holders of any changes to these Rules and Regulations in the form previously announced immediately after the change. The Promoter will not grant any additional discounts not indicated on the materials of this Pizza Pass.
4. The Pizza Pass and the stamps/points on it are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or vouchers. Application for a Pizza Pass constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
5. If necessary due to changes in legislation or changes in our services, this Policy will be amended. In this case, we will publish the amended Policy on https://www.donnamamma.hu/pizza-berlet/ with the date of the last amendment.

On the Facebook page of Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana operated by PizzaBurger Vendéglátóipari Kft. https://www.facebook.com/donnamammapizza or on Instagram  (@donnamammapizzanapoletana) (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is governed by the following:
Organizer: PizzaBurger Vendéglátóipari Kft., registered office: 1088 Budapest, Rákóczi út 11, 3rd floor 2, Tax No.: 26613884-2-42, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”;

During the Game on the Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/donnamammapizza or on Instagram (@donnamammapizzanapoletana) in the form of a post announcing the Game, you must reply to the Game invitation in the form of a Facebook/Instagram comment, or https://www.donnamamma.hu/pizza-berlet/ to register for the loyalty scheme and subscribe to the Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana newsletter.

In the case of the game, the prize described in the Facebook/Instagram post will be drawn by the organiser among all valid votes received who meet the entry requirements within the given deadline. If the winner of the draw withdraws his/her prize or does not provide the organiser with written confirmation of his/her intention to withdraw within 2 days, another player will be drawn and the prize will be transferred.

Eligibility: the Game is open to the Player who:

• By the indicated deadline, you have only submitted one valid post that meets the criteria, either as a comment or on the Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/donnamammapizza OR on Instagram (@donnamammapizzanapoletana) under the entry for the competition,
• By entering your e-mail address on the landing page provided, you finalise your participation by registering/ subscribing to the newsletter,
• a prerequisite for submitting an entry is that the Player accepts the Game Rules and the Data Processing Terms and Conditions,
• have a live Facebok / Instagram registration (account) on the day the Game ends.

Each Player may only comment once in the Game and one user may register with one e-mail address on the landing page provided.

The total prize is a gift voucher worth HUF 50,000, which will be drawn and awarded to 1 winner. The voucher can be used on pizzas from the current menu of Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana during the period of use of the voucher. The Prize is non-cash and non-transferable. The winner will be drawn by the Promoter. The Winner(s) will be notified by email to the email address provided by them, no later than 5 working days after the Winner has been selected.

The Promoter will provide the Winner with information on how to collect the prize in the information message. If further information is required from the Winner in order to collect the prize, the Promoter will also provide this information in this contact form. If no response is received from the Winner within 72 hours of the contact, the Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize.

General Provisions

If the Player does not comply with the conditions set out in the Rules for any reason, the Organiser may exclude the Player concerned from the Game. By submitting his/her e-mail address, the Player acknowledges that he/she has fully read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation set out in these Rules. If the Player does not accept or objects to any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Participation, the Player will be disqualified from the Game.

The Rules of the Game, including the Terms and Conditions of Participation, will be published by the Promoter on the Game’s application page. The Promoter shall ensure that the Rules are available as set out above at all times.

The votes of the Players are valid within the submission period announced in the Facebook / Instagram post. Votes cast after the indicated deadline are invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude anyone from the game without giving any reason in the event of manipulation, irregular play, abuse or suspicion thereof.

Unless otherwise stated by the Promoter in the Facebook/Instagram post, the prize will be provided by the Promoter and all taxes, duties and expenses associated with the delivery of the prize will be paid by the Promoter.

Players acknowledge that participation in the Game is voluntary.

The Winner agrees that the Organiser will publish his/her name, the fact of winning and the prize in a Facebook / Instagram post solely in connection with the Game, in accordance with the relevant privacy policy and regulations.

The Promoter disclaims any liability for any damages resulting from any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Winners or suffered by the Winners or any third party.

Excluded persons

The Game is organised by PizzaBurger Gastronomy Ltd. Employees, agents and subcontractors of the Organiser, as well as close relatives, life partners of the aforementioned, and those who play a direct role in the realisation of the marketing objectives of the Game, as well as their close relatives may not participate in the Game, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. 685 § 685 b).

On the Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/donnamammapizza or on Instagram (@donnamammapizzanapoletana) promotions are independent of Facebook / Instagram, Facebook / Instagram does not endorse or participate in them, and the games are run solely by the Promoter. We reserve the right to amend the Game Rules.

Data protection, privacy statement

The Organiser undertakes to ensure that all data handling in relation to its activities complies with the requirements set out in these Rules and in the applicable national legislation and European Union acts.

The Organiser shall treat the personal data provided by the Player confidentially, in full compliance with the applicable EU and Hungarian legislation and recommendations, and shall respect the Player’s personal rights at all times. The Operator shall perform data management tasks in connection with the Game, while the Operator shall perform data processing tasks in the course of data management.

The Organiser shall take all possible measures to ensure the security of personal data; it shall handle the data it becomes aware of during the processing with the utmost care and in strict confidence, using all means permitted by the applicable legislation to protect them from various risks, in particular: unauthorised access, alteration, transmission, disclosure.

This privacy statement is in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular with regard to:

Ø Act CXII of 2011 – on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.);

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and amending Directive 95/46/EC.

Participation in the Game and provision of data is voluntary. The personal data that may be provided during the Game will be processed and processed by the Organiser on the basis of the authorisation given to the Players by providing their e-mail address, for the purpose of delivering the prize to the winner of the Game.

Please note that your personal data may only be lawfully processed if you consent to this. If you do not wish to provide or consent to the processing of your personal data, you may refuse to provide or consent by not participating in the Game or by not providing or entering your data into the system.

The Organiser informs the Players that the data management is based on the consent of the Player (Article 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011). The provision of data is voluntary, however, participation in the Game requires the provision of the data specified in these Rules.

The Organiser requires the personal data specified below, the provision of which is voluntary on your part as a participant in the Game.

The Organiser will process the data for the purposes of running the Game, registering the delivery of the prizes and publishing the names of the winners.

The Organiser processes the following data:

Player’s full name, e-mail address

By participating in the Game, the Player simultaneously accepts the terms and conditions set out in this information.

With regard to the foregoing, the User accepts and expressly declares that he/she consents to the Operator processing the personal data provided and to the processing of his/her personal data.

The legal basis for the processing (in addition to the above-mentioned section of the Infotv. Article 6(1)(b).

The Player may modify or request the deletion of the data provided at any time.

Players agree that the Organiser may verify the validity of the personal data provided by them, if necessary, on the basis of an identity card, prior to the delivery of the prize.

By providing their e-mail address, the Player(s) accept in all respects all the provisions of the Game Rules and the Promoter guarantees that the processing of the data will be carried out in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The Organizer will process the data provided by the Player(s) during the Game until the end of the 2nd calendar month following the receipt of the Prize(s).

The Player may request to be informed of the processing of his/her data, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, the names and addresses of any data processors and their activities in relation to the processing; and may request the rectification of his/her data and the erasure or blocking of his/her personal data. The Organiser will provide the information as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days. Data protection issues related to the Game can be sent to the following email address of the Operator: info@donnamamma.hu

If the Player considers the processing of data to be prejudicial, he/she may object to the processing of such data, as well as initiate a judicial remedy and contact the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The Player undertakes to provide only his/her own details when filling in the form and that these details are accurate. The Player is responsible for the accuracy of the data. If the Player enters false data or provides data of another person, he/she shall be liable in accordance with the applicable and civil, criminal and criminal offence rules.

The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Game Rules and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by Hungarian law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.
